|For the past year and half, the FDA has conducted an undercover sting operation on Pennsylvania Amish dairy farmer Dan Allgyer and his loyal private buying club customers. Last week, the FDA served Dan notice that it is seeking a permanent injunction against him for introducing raw milk into interstate commerce.
In response to this affront of our freedoms, Grassfed On The Hill--the DC area buying club he provides for--is organizing the rally to support Dan and other farmers targeted by the FDA, and standing up for all our rights. Please join them and lend your voice.
Stings on Amish farms and armed raids against our country's farmers are NOT an appropriate use of our tax dollars!
Jonathan Emord - Attorney, Emord & Associates
Sally Fallon Morell - President, Weston A. Price Foundation

A message from Karine, Grassfed Organizer:
Currently we are working with our legal counsel Emord & Associates to determine the specifics of our case against the FDA. There are many options at this point, intervening in Dan Allgyer's case (which we are short on time and funds to begin) and our ultimate goal to create a court case against the FDA that we can win.
We need to build public support for our/your fight against the FDA to encourage our local and federal appointed officials to be concerned with FDA's law on interstate commerce which has a clause regarding Food Safety of Raw milk.
We are working on our page for "What can you do" which will include talking points, a sample letter and websites where you can find your local and federal officials to tell them how you feel about your concern for Freedom of Choice and the FDA's law and actions against raw milk farmers.
We are always working on getting the word out across the country, let's not continue to feel helpless and defenseless against the government. Join our cause either in support by visiting us on Facebook and "Like" us and if you can afford to donate, visit us at Wepay. Liz is talking with press on a daily basis so thank you all for spreading the word!

A 175-mile bike ride in support of freedom of food choice
Larry Alderfer Fisher, a supporter of food freedom, will be riding his bike from Churchville, VA to the Rally for Food and Farm Freedom in Washington, DC on Monday, May 16. He is planning to stop along the way to drink raw milk on as many farms as he can!
The ride will support the legal defense of our farmer and Rainbow Acres, as well as drawing attention to the nutritional benefits of fresh milk.
Larry will need places to stop along his journey - farms producing fresh milk, or the homes of supporters of farm fresh products. You are also welcome to join him along the way, whether for a mile, a day, or the whole trip!
